Tata Motors India launched Tata Punch iCng varients of the Punch lineup. The car is using Tata’s twin-cylinder CNG technology. The new twin-cylinder technology revealed earlier this year tata by the company with the Tata Altroz iCNG varients. Prices for the Punch iCNG models start at Rs 7.10 lakh (ex-showroom) Tata has also added the twin-cylinder technology to the Tata’s Tigor and Tiago iCNG models.

Head of Marketing at Tata Motors Passenger Vehicles Ltd. said, “ Since the debut of punch icng is at the Auto Expo 2023, this model is the most awaited car in this segment. With its inflexible boot space and next generation feature, the Punch iCNG exibits the spirit of go anywhere attitude like an SUV, which is manufactured to meet the upgrading requirements of customers”

Engine: The 1.2-litre three-cylinder petrol/CNG bi-fuel motor gives a power of 87.8bhp and a maximum torque of 115Nm in petrol mode and a power of 73.5bhp and generates maximum torque of 103Nm in CNG mode. This car has 5-speed manual transmission which is the only one gearbox system offered with the iCNG varients.
